So, I just figured out a way to sync my Garmin Connect to my newly created Runkeeper and DailyMile. (You can also sync to a variety of fitness apps like Strava and MapMyFitness). I used Syncmetrics to do it, but there are platforms available too. Great tutorials can be found here:
Next, I synced my Runkeeper to my Myfitnesspal, so that my calories burned during my run would automatically transfer from Garmin Connect to Runkeeper to Myfitnesspal. The instructions to do this can be found here:
